Foremen: This position is responsible for the safe and productive performance of the work crew and job site. Competent person mentality is a necessity. The foreman/competent person must exhibit strong leadership qualities and possess excellent knowledge of OSHA regulations and excavation limitations imposed by various regulatory agencies. Commercial Drivers License (CDL A) is required.

Operators: This is a key position for the safe and productive performance of the crew. Experience with multiple types of pipeline excavating equipment is required. Knowledge of regulations regarding trenching and excavation is mandatory. CDL license is preferred. (Additional compensation is available with CDL license.)

Skilled Laborers: Ability to perform specialized pipeline and distribution duties in the field is a must. Knowledge of regulations regarding underground natural gas installations and trenching is required. CDL license is preferred. (Additional compensation is available with CDL license.)

General Laborers: General pipeline construction and excavation duties. This is a physically demanding position and requires lifting, shoveling, raking and other similarly physical duties. CDL license is preferred. (Additional compensation is available with CDL license.)
